Pack and stack with the flexible book maker
Finished books have the superior square spine appearance of a perfectly bound book, and the security of a stitched spine. They lie flat and are easy to pack, stack and handle. The maximum book thickness of 10mm is double that of alternative conventional book making machines, which makes that the BLM550 ideally suited to producing and finishing books of up to 220 pages.

Stitching, folding, spine forming and trimming are combined to produce books of up to 220 pages with a square spine. A rotator is also included which ensures full printer production speeds are achieved when smaller books are produced. The BLM550 is a complete booklet making system with an optional book stacker for high production environments. The book stacker and book maker combination is ideal for production environments and is known as the BLM550 PRO.
