1. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS, PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND PARTICIPANTS

1.1. This promotion is only available on purchases made of any of the products listed below/attached (the “Promotional Products”) within Georgia from authorized partners between 14.11.2025 and 31.12.2025 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
1.2. All Participants must be aged 18 or over.
1.3. All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.4. All products must be purchased within Georgia and must have been supplied and distributed to retailers by Canon CEE GmbH (“Canon”). Please check with your retailer that this is the case to help avoid disappointment. Internet stores must display a registered/postal address in Georgia.
1.5. All Promotional Products must be new and genuine Canon products. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products, or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Canon group of companies in any way (for example, including but not limited to parallel or “grey” products) will not qualify under this promotion.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. To enter the promotion, the Participant must purchase a Promotional Product within Georgia from authorized partners during the Promotional Period.
2.2. The promotional gift is based on purchase of one of the Promotional Products.
2.3. The Promotional Products are subject to availability while stocks last. Canon will not be liable for the failure of retailers to fulfill orders of Promotional Products during the Promotional Period.
2.4. Only one claim per Promotional Product purchased may be made.

2.5. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion.

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Canon’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Canon’s employees or agents.
5.2. Canon reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this promotion at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
5.3. Canon reserves the right to audit any claims to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and to request additional information and supporting documents. Canon reserves the right to exclude claims and/or Participants if it suspects that the promotion is being abused in any way. Canon’s decisions in relation to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Vienna court.
