Whatever the conditions, the EOS M6 Mark II’s 32.5 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor delivers superb image quality. Expect intricate details – even in bright highlights and dark shadows – plus beautiful colour and smooth gradation of tones. Crop, process and resize images without appreciable loss in quality.
A maximum ISO 25,600 sensitivity allows photography in poorly lit conditions, while our Combination Image Stabilizer technology delivers up to 5 stops of protection against blur from camera shake.
Quality powered by DIGIC 8
At the heart of the EOS M6 Mark II is the DIGIC 8 processor, which not only controls how the camera operates but also processes image data into JPEG, RAW or Compact RAW files, enhancing and maximising image quality as it does so.
- In-camera Digital Lens Optimizer (DLO) technology can squeeze every last drop of image quality out of a picture as you shoot for images that are clean and bursting with detail right from the camera.
- Even when shooting at high ISO sensitivities (up to max ISO 25,600, extendable to 51200), pictures from the EOS M6 Mark II are low in digital noise and capture the atmosphere of any occasion.
- RAW files can be processed into JPEG images in-camera, using in-camera RAW processing. Or try fine-tuning your images with Creative Assist mode. The DIGIC 8 processor allows image adjustments to be made and multiple versions of the same picture to be created, each with a different look and feel.
